The Resource Hub
"A Network of Essential Service Providers"

The Resource Hub is an interagency initiative that addresses the barriers of transportation and service gaps, by providing satellite offices in low-resource communities, forming a network of essential service providers within the community. This interagency collaboration will provide information for critical resources, and support a location where community partners unite to provide a system of care for underserved communities. The Hub will assist in identifying families that need resources, increase access, and bridge service gaps.
